Centenario I: Urban Regeneration Strategy

A collaborative master’s project focused on transforming underutilized urban gaps into high-impact social spaces in Colina, Chile. My role involved leading the spatial analysis and developing a technical visualization system that translated community needs (gathered through collective mapping) into a modular architectural proposal. This project reflects my ability to manage large-scale data and complex territorial diagnostics.

Multidimensional Analysis: A comprehensive physical, spatial, and sociocultural diagnostic of the "Juan XXIII" sector, identifying critical connectivity and safety issues.

Evidence-Based Design: Co-creation methodology through community workshops, ensuring the proposal directly addresses the inhabitants' reality.

Flexible Infrastructure: A network of systemic supports—including multi-use courts, urban orchards, and rest areas—designed to foster place attachment and social integration.
